A short note on what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. This is a village association, not an ad network.

This policy applies to Mandrem Creative Village (MCV) and the website you are on now.

what we collect

If you join, we ask for a name, an email, the kind of work you do, and an optional note. Association members who enter a desk also have an email and password, and partners may list a business. We do not ask for payment details on this site. We do not sell lists.

The site also receives ordinary technical data that any host sees: pages requested, browser type, and approximate location from an IP address. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

how we use it

To reply to you, to understand who is arriving in Mandrem, and to share gatherings or village notes you opted into. We will not send unrelated marketing, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

how long we keep it

Join notes are kept only as long as they are useful for the association — typically until you ask us to delete them, or until the conversation is clearly finished. Member desks stay until you leave the association or ask us to close the account.

who sees it

People running MCV. Hosting and form delivery providers we use to operate the site. We will not share your details with another organisation except to comply with the law, or with your clear permission.

your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete what you sent. If an email address is listed on the join page, use that; otherwise write through the join form and say you want your record removed.

children

This site is meant for adults joining a community of practice. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
